I\u2019ve been a pharmacist on the Gold Coast for over a decade and have always had a deep interest in personalised patient care. I believe that medication reviews should be more than a quick conversation, they should be a collaborative, thoughtful process that empowers patients and supports doctors in delivering the best care possible.<\/p><p>After years working in various pharmacy settings, I completed further training to become a <strong>Credentialed Pharmacist<\/strong> with the <strong>Pharmaceutical Society of Australia<\/strong>. In 2025, I established <strong>Whiteway Clinical<\/strong> to focus on what I do best: helping people understand their medications, identify potential risks, and feel confident in their treatment plan.<\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">When I\u2019m not reviewing medications or writing reports, I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring the Gold Coast\u2019s national parks and coastal trails. They may be taking multiple prescriptions, using over-the-counter products, or unsure about possible side effects or interactions. I created Whiteway Clinical to fill this gap and offer a service that focuses solely on <strong>safe, evidence-based medication management<\/strong>, delivered with care and clarity.<\/p><p>Through Home Medicines Reviews (HMRs) and Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMRs), I partner with GPs and aged care facilities to ensure patients receive the time, attention, and expertise needed to
